1 Definitions & Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and zplay8 ("Platform", "we" or "us"). This Agreement governs the use of all online services offered under the domain zplay8.onl, including but not limited to slot games, live casino, sports betting, esports betting, and all account-related functions.

By registering, logging in or using any part of this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement together with the Privacy Policy and any specific game guidelines published from time to time.

2 User Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use zplay8 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be 21 years of age or older on the date of registration and throughout the use of the account.
• Register voluntarily in a personal capacity, not under the instruction or compulsion of any party.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition imposed by any relevant body.
• Not be among individuals prohibited from using online gambling platforms under the laws of your place of residence.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Each user is only permitted to register one (1) account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all accounts involved being terminated along with the suspension of any balances or bonuses.

3 Account Management & Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. The following are user obligations relating to account security:

• Ensure that your username and password are kept confidential and not shared with any other party.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly as a best security practice.
• Notify the zplay8 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure that all registered profile information is accurate, current and belongs to you.

zplay8 will not be liable for any loss arising from the disclosure of your account credentials to a third party. All transactions carried out through your account before a suspension request is received and processed will be considered valid.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

zplay8 supports a range of payment methods for Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

All financial transactions are subject to the following limits and policies:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: Generally within 10 to 45 minutes once verification has been completed.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit, subject to anti-money laundering verification procedures.
• zplay8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing withdrawals for certain amounts.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

zplay8 offers various promotions including a welcome bonus for new members. All bonus offers are subject to the stated wagering requirements and must be fully met before any withdrawal of bonus winnings can be made.

Welcome Bonus: 100% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received. For example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Total wagering required: RM100 × 20 = RM2,000
• Deposit RM2,200 and above → Bonus RM1,000 (maximum cap) → Account balance RM3,200 → Total wagering required: RM1,000 × 20 = RM20,000

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using low-risk betting techniques solely to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating between accounts to manipulate promotions, is strictly prohibited.

6 General Game Rules

All game outcomes on the zplay8 platform are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) or via live feeds from licensed live casino studios. These outcomes are final and cannot be contested solely on the basis of a user's dissatisfaction with the result.

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, zplay8 will determine a fair resolution based on stored system records. Users are advised to contact customer support immediately if they encounter any technical issues.

• Each game has a different Return to Player (RTP) value and volatility level. General information on RTP and volatility is available as a game guide.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are set by the game provider and may change without prior notice.
• Any winnings resulting from a technical error, system bug or software malfunction are void and not eligible for withdrawal.

7 Prohibited Activities & Behaviour

Users are strictly prohibited from carrying out the following activities on the zplay8 platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account termination without any refund:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts or any technological tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Manipulating game outcomes through player collusion or other fraudulent methods.
• Using an account to facilitate money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Providing false information or an invalid identity during registration or the verification process.
• Selling, transferring or trading a zplay8 account to another party.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or using third-party credit cards or bank accounts.
• Taking any action intended to disrupt, damage or interfere with the operation of the platform.

8 Platform Liability Limits

zplay8 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of this platform, including:

• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, third-party issues or natural disasters.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third-party financial service providers.
• Losses arising from betting or gaming decisions made based on information outside the platform.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

In all circumstances, zplay8's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the account balance available at the time of the relevant incident.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

zplay8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, system abuse or illegal activity.
• A request from law enforcement agencies or relevant authorities.
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the specified period.

10 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

zplay8 reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without providing personal notice to each user. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the official zplay8 website.

It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure they remain compliant with the latest version of the Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

zplay8 is committed to protecting users' personal information. The collection, use and storage of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

By registering at zplay8, you agree to:

• Allow the collection of personal information required for identity verification and regulatory compliance purposes.
• Receive service communications related to your account via email or other channels you have registered.

12 Law & Jurisdiction

The zplay8 platform operates under a valid international licence. These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to the platform's operating licence.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through confidential negotiation between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable period, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the procedures set by the relevant body under our licence.

Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for ensuring that online gambling is legal and permitted in their place of residence before using this platform.
